Job description

We are looking for a new full-time member of our team to assist our growing Lower Queen Anne office.  Basically, we are looking for an undiscovered superstar who is looking to learn a tremendous amount, grow professionally and have a big impact on our small business.  Is that you?  We hire for potential as much as experience.  This could be an opportunity for you to make a solid career move.

Your Responsibilities May Include

  • Direct Marketing Coordination: Coordinating needs with our Design team, printing and assembling the final product, and managing supplies for production.
  • Administrative: Customizing Letters, Label Printing, and Errands, Organization of paper and digital records, plus general office assistance.
  • Market Research: Build Direct Marketing Lists via Internet Research and managing our existing lists.
  • Marketing Assistance: Assorted entry-level marketing work.
