Company description

We are a Direct Trade roasting company located in Aurora, Colorado. We focus on building relationships with small, in dependent farmers who meticulously maintain their micro-lots and handpick every coffee berry. We source our beans from our producer partners in Thailand who reside at the northernmost point of the country, in the Chiang Rai Province.

Once we import the beans, we roast them in small batches to brew cold brew. The cold brew is then bottled or put into kegs for retailers around Colorado including: Whole Foods, Snooze, Natural Grocers, Marczyks, Devil's Food, Cooks, Root Down, and many more. 

Job description

We are looking for an organized and trustworthy Production Coordinator to undertake a variety of brewing and bottling tasks including: 

• Brewing cold brew
• Bottling cold brew
• Filling and cleaning kegs
• Cleaning cold brew tanks and equipment 
• Taking inventory
• Delivery to local accounts around Denver
• Demoing product at Whole Foods

We are looking for someone to become an integral part of our company. This position will generally be 30-35 hours a week with the potential for more hours if desired. This position starts at $13.00 an hour with the possibility of a raise based on performance.

Compensation

this position is: hourly, under $15/hr
