Love cheese and specialty products? Then Antonelli’s Cheese shop is for you. Antonelli’s Cheese is made up of three divisions including a retail shop, a wholesale program, and nightly events. A successful Operations Manager helps to organize all three areas and maintains smooth and efficient operations. They work closely with the team to motivate them and hold them accountable to the goals of the company. In addition to daily operations, they work closely with the CEO to develop aggressive and successful growth strategies.

• Prior management.
• Not afraid of the computer, numbers, words, puzzles, details, lifting and routine
• Willing to think outside the box with the ability to dream big
