SUMMARY: Seeking candidate who is bilingual in Spanish and English to teach our 10-week business course, manage our hands-on food booth incubator and provide one-on-one individual business counseling to some of the students.
Our ideal candidate would have small business experience, preferably in the restaurant business.

Salary: $30,000 - $37,000

Position Description:Huerto de la Familia is searching for a Program Manager for our Cambios Micro-Development Program which works to increase financial stability and food security by offering education, hands-on training and support for new and existing small businesses in food and agriculture. 
Hiring Criteria:
Huerto de la Familia seeks a Program manager with commitment to our mission and values. The candidate must be fully bilingual in Spanish and culturally versatile. Ideal candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills, public speaking skills and the ability to effectively communicate concepts to business class students.
Competitive candidates will bring business experience, preferably experience in the restaurant business. This position is in charge of carrying out the Micro-Enterprise Business Classes and will be provided with a Facilitators Curriculum Guide so they can carry out the existing curriculum. This position will also be in charge of overseeing the Micro-Enterprise Food Booth hands-on training and carrying out individualized business counseling with current and past participants of the program. The Micro-Development Program Manager reports to the Executive Director.
