We are currently seeking a farm hand to join our team, whose responsibilities would encompass all those pertaining to daily labor in our 3-acre garden. This will include but is not limited to:
- Harvesting, planting, seeding, weeding, and mulching
- Daily maintenance of seasonal crops
- Daily care of farm animals
All candidates must embody the following characteristics:
- Hard work ethic
- Positive attitude
- Respect for farm product and fellow co-workers
- Willingness and desire to learn
- Ability to perform in the elements, including hot summer sun and cold winter rains
Preferably, candidates will have at minimum one year farming experience. Culinary experience and an understanding of the culinary arts is also beneficial.
