Boulettes Larder + Bouli Bar, located in the San Francisco Ferry Building Marketplace, are currently looking for efficient and passionate PIZZAIOLO and COOKS.The restaurants’ focus is on seasonal, artisanal, and market-driven products with a varied Mediterranean vocabulary. Boulettes Larder has a daily changing menu, and Bouli Bar features wood-oven cuisine. Boulettes Larder has been recognized as a top Michelin destination restaurant since 2006. We aim to achieve the same honor for Bouli Bar. The standard of excellence we strive for in our cuisine is represented by our staff, and we aim to find employees that can be emissaries of our vision and reputation.
- PIZZAIOLO -
Candidates must have experience with naturally leavened products and natural yeast, with the ability to maintain high quality of production and standards set by the Chef. Open-kitchen pizzaiolo cooks should have some experience managing wood-fired cooking.
- LINE COOK -
Candidates should have some line cooking experience and the desire to maintain high quality standards set by the chef. Good knife skills, a sense of organization, consistent execution and ability to take direction are important.
Knowledge and love of the food industry, attention to detail and a strong work ethic are essential. Full-time hours available. For all applicants, a California Food Handler’s Certificate is required.
