Chopt is seeking a social media strategist and content producer who is comfortable both behind the camera and bringing their voice front-and-center. We’re looking for somebody who is prepared to take initiative and to help shape the story and voice of our brand. We are looking for someone with experience running social media for a like-minded brand. 2 years experience is preferred.

We are: Chopt is dedicated to creating a community around creative salad making. That means stellar, seasonal ingredients and innovative recipes — but it also means supporting small businesses by sourcing locally, joyfully educating our customers on new ingredients, providing great in-store customer service, and supporting local charities. We aren’t just a place to enjoy salads, we’re a full-on community hub.
We’re looking for a social media person who can build a cohesive, singular voice around these values.

You are:

• Fluent across all social media platforms (from Facebook to SnapChat, but especially Instagram)

• Possessed of a natural enthusiasm for making, eating, and learning about good, healthy food.

• Able to think both big picture and day-to-day. You’ll be running all of our accounts, interacting with followers, but also tracking trends in the food space, keeping up with up-and-coming food blogs, and thinking about what comes next.

• Super creative and full of great ideas — plus, you’re ready to lead collaboration with our creative team and prepared to execute.

• Already active participant in the world of food. You know your Fuerte Avocados from your Hass.

• Well-versed in community-building and brand strategy. You are comfortable defining and then speaking in the voice of a brand, as it is today and as we see it becoming tomorrow.

• Great with a camera. Smart Phone photography skills and a sharp eye are a must.
