Banners Harbor View is The Premium Club’s fine dining restaurant, located on level 5 of the TD Garden in Boston, MA. Banners Harbor View serves contemporary American cuisine using the freshest ingredients and specializes in seafood and the finest quality steaks. All ticket holders are welcome to dine in Banners, but reservations are strongly recommended.
Responsibilities: Responsible for the overall management of the Banners Harbor View kitchen, including supervising activities of supervisors, cooks and utility. Coordination and participation in restaurant operations is the main focus while monitoring food & labor costs.

Plan menus, maintaining financial responsibility for the menu mix.

Oversees inventory of food product and coordinates product ordering and receiving within corporate specifications.

Maintain a clean and orderly kitchen to comply with State and local Health Department Regulations.
Qualifications:

Ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years experience in high-volume food production area with leadership responsibilities. A ServeSafe Certification and ProChef 2 Certification required or the ability to obtain the required certification within a specific timeframe required. More specifically, in high volume restaurant and catering operations environment.

Associates Degree in Culinary Arts Preferred.

ACF chef certification & Serve Safe certification preferred.

Familiar with monitoring of food and labor cost, menu development and costing.

The ability and willingness to work a flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends and holidays is required.

Familiar with ordering and inventory procedures.

A commitment to excellence in guest service is essential.

Excellent organization, communication and PC skills and ability to multitask as well as the ability to coach, develop and train others required.
