SUMMARY
Our Retail Manager plays a vital role as the leader of the team at our Brooklyn flagship store. He or she will create a customer-centered environment grounded in hospitality and chocolate education, enabling and inspiring our retail team to deliver superior experiences. Our Retail Manager is an intelligent, indefatigable leader who values kindness and communication. He or she also loves sharing and talking about chocolate.
RESPONSIBILITIES

Contribute to the achievement of revenue goals by creating a positive, delicious retail experience that combines unparalleled customer service and education.

Work with Sales Director to develop strategies to hone ongoing employee engagement and knowledge.

Oversee all store operations, including payment processing, opening and closing protocol, inventory management, payroll and scheduling, and all other tasks related to keeping the location functioning smoothly.

Manage hiring, training, and scheduling.

Generate and analyze sales data, making strategy recommendations as appropriate.

Keep strong communication with Sales Director regarding store operations, sales numbers, inventory levels, and staff matters.
