ABOUT MAST BROTHERS
Mast Brothers is a family of chocolate makers looking for a caring, intelligent, and mission-driven new member. We make chocolate from meticulously sourced, complex cacao that’s delicately roasted, stone ground, and aged in our factory. We got our start in Brooklyn, and Shoreditch will become our second home and the epicenter of London chocolate making in February 2015. Our new location will house chocolate production, chocolate bar retail, confections, brewed chocolate, factory tours, and events.

We’re looking for dedicated, passionate, and personable people to join our team. Our opening crew of Retail Associates will play a vital role in introducing Mast Brothers to London by creating a customer-centered experience grounded in hospitality and chocolate education.

JOB DUTIES

• Foster an unequivocally welcoming, warm educational environment for guests and employees alike.
• Provide superior, intuitive customer service by building connections and guest confidence and offering suggestions and opinions.
• Engage with visitors about our company, chocolate making process, and products, including chocolate bars, confections, and brewed chocolate beverages.  
• Prepare and serve brewed chocolate and hot chocolate. 
• Conscientious and efficient processing of cash and credit card payments.
• Maintain floor displays and merchandising.
• General opening, closing, and sidework duties, including stocking, cleaning, and display setup.

• Relevant experience in the food industry, preferably in retail sales and/or customer service.
