Job description
Seeking an administrative assistant for an entry-level position at Owl's Brew, a NYC beverage start-up. This job will entail working with and supporting all team members across multiple platforms, on a wide variety of tasks, including assisting the operations and sales teams, and working directly with the company's founders.Our ideal candidate is super-organized, an excellent multitasker, solution-oriented, and interested in the food & beverage space. As a small start-up, every day at Owl's Brew is different. We're looking for a true self-starter and "jack of all trades".
Job Responsibilities:
- Communicating with vendors and suppliers
- Inventory management
- Order fulfillment
- Outreach regarding demo coordination
- Day-to-day office responsibilities (eg, preparing meeting kits, ordering office supplies, coordinating team meetings, shipping product, keeping up-to-date client lists)
- Trade-show scheduling
Job Requirements:
- College degree
- Proficient in Excel, Word, and the Mac office suite
- Tech-savvy
- Thrives in a fast-paced and social environment
- Solution-oriented
