Momofuku Milk Bar is a high-volume retail bakery operation with multiple locations in NYC looking to hire a front of house manager to oversee our retail bakery locations. Since 2006, we have had a playful approach to familiar desserts using locally-sourced dairy.
Our team is self-motivated and positive. This position is very hands-on with responsibility for all front of house functions, systems and processes.

Job responsibilities will include but are not limited to:-
5 day work week (may include weekends/holidays) Attendance and participation in weekly manager meetings FOH employee training and continuing education

Assist with storefront financial goals with FOH and Finance teams

Maintain quality and standards

Increase efficiency — constantly audit and update systems Manage the FOH team (management, storefront leaders and hourly staff included.) Delegate additional tasks to members of staff, as needed

Effectively communicate with all members of staff: train, coach, manager and provide support to ensure productivity while keeping staff morale high

Adhere to all Health Department, OSHA and ADA regulations
Requirements
This is not an entry-level position but you will be trained from the “ground” up. Resume, cover letter and references are required Must have availability through the holidays
