Job description

Lucas Confectionery is a 100-seat wine bar featuring unique wines by the glass or bottle; along with craft beer, artisan coffee, cheeses, charcuterie, small plates, and desserts.

We are located in Troy, New York, a small city just north of the Hudson Valley, centrally located in New York's Capital Region. Lucas Confectionery and Troy were recently featured in the NY Daily News, in an article highlighting the urban renovations that are sparking excitement in our downtown.

As Troy continues to grow, so has the Confectionery, adding a garden with a retractable roof, a specialty foods shop / neighborhood market, and a casual fine dining establishment (in process).
