Job description

We are seeking an energetic, experienced (3+ years) pastry chef to create pastries, wedding cakes, and other desserts in our nationally renowned gourmet bakery.

Our ideal candidate would be a self starter who prides him / herself on quality, leadership, and organization. This job offers creativity and oversight of a thriving wholesale and retail business that offers a wide variety of cakes, pastries, buns, doughnuts, brownies, cheesecakes, petit fours, etc.
