The Senior Web Designer is responsible for the creative design and branding of Stonewall Kitchen’s internal and external on-line presence - from conceptualization to completion. 

Specific Responsibilities Include: 
  • Participate in development of marketing plan as it relates to online sales and communication efforts
  • Maintain and provide ongoing design, concepts and refinements for the Stonewall Kitchen website
  • Select and optimize all imagery for website
  • Responsible for design and completion of retail, wholesale, café and store specific bulk email based on marketing plan and evolving opportunities
  • Design and creation of additional web-specific elements, including banner ads, landing pages, etc.
  • Participate in the development and maintaining of site standards, ensuring quality and continuity throughout the siteAct as primary contact for internal creative direction of website
  • Provide appropriate imagery to wholesale department for the use of wholesale customer accounts
  • Participate in web development initiatives
  • Work in conjunction with photographer to determine styling for web-specific photography

Education, Experience, and Skills: 
  • B.A. in graphic design with minimum of 2-3+ years related experience with demonstrated working knowledge of layout, including type and photography, and strong prepress knowledge
  • Strong proficiency in Dream Weaver MX, PhotoShop CS, Flash MX, CSS,HTML, and JavaScript
  • Ability to take a project from concept through final production with strong time management, communication and problem solving skills
