Restaurant for sale on the coast of Marin County. The business needs new hands-on owner-chef-operator/s to take over the restaurant.

Spectacular location on one of the most beautiful Marin County beaches.  Sunset magazine Top 10 west coast seafood spots in the United States!  Small restaurant has the equipment, infrastructure and employee housing needed to run a successful operation. Currently operatiing only during lunch.  Previously, wildly popular (booked 2 months out) dinners were served multi-course tasting menus. Location has also hosted many weddings, rehearsal dinners and reception parties. 

Unbelievable location, literally on the sand at Drakes Beach, in the Point Reyes National Seashore. You can not ask for a better view out your "office" windows, as customers will constintally remark, while pointing to the waves, elephant seals and whales just yards away!

Detached (but connected with a deck) walk in refrigeration and walk in freezer (built inside a 20’ ISO shipping container) Back up generator, automatically tied to power grid (auto on when PGE power fails), propane fueled.
Detached 10’ storage shed (ISO shipping container) with roll-up metal door for storing smallwares, tables, chairs, etc.  

Employee housing -  45‘ 5th wheel trailer, set up on foundation (for a better view of the ocean).   Nice small yard space with storage Deck off the front of the trailer Interior modified from “trailer” typical to include a Clawfoot tub, vintage sink, queen size bed in bedroom, wood flooring, etc.  Ocean/beach views out of most windows!   

The restaurant space seats approximately 25-30 people inside.  There are two patios directly facing the beach and ocean.  The upper patio is exclusive for restaurant use, and can seat 20-30.  The lower patio can seat 50-70 more.  There is also a courtyard area between the visitor center, restaurant and restrooms that can seat another 60 people for an event/function.

The current lease with the National Park Service expires in 2016 and can be renegoicated for another 10 years (yes, located in the national park, thus they are your landlords).  Rent is calculated as a percentage of gross monthly receipts, as business is wildly seasonal and weather dependent.

The asking price is $195,000 (includes housing, lease and all equipment, fixtures, improvements, etc) and is negociable, as the owners are willing to finance some or all of the purchase.
