 ABOUT DICKSON'S

Dickson’s Farmstand Meats is looking for an energetic, motivated, curious, and hard-working person to join the intern team at our shop in Chelsea Market.  Interns work side by side with our butchers learning the ins and outs of the cutting room and the meat carcass.  This is a great opportunity for anyone wanting to learn about whole animal butchery as well as the farm to retail supply chain.

  • Loading/unloading carcasses from our truck
