Traders Point Creamery is a family-owned organic dairy farm and artisan creamery in Zionsville, Indiana. The beautiful property is an ideal setting for The Loft, the on-site restaurant housed in an 1860's antique barn.

The Loft Restaurant offers a true farm-to-table experience. Organic produce travels less than 100 yards from our garden to the kitchen, and the farm also supplies 100% grassfed beef and pastured pork to the restaurant. Organic dairy products are made in our creamery, and artisan cheeses age in the cheese cave, within view of restaurant guests.The Loft partners with over a dozen local food producers to supply the restaurant with organic, sustainably-raised ingredients. Many of these local producers participate in our weekly farmers market. The Green Market is one of the many events held on the farm, including weddings, receptions, and an outdoor Dinner on the Deck during the summer.The restaurant plays a key role in many of these exciting events and helps bring together all the pieces of Traders Point Creamery's mission to raise food sustainably and reconnect consumers to their food and its sources.We are currently expanding our kitchen, adding a private dining space overlooking the farm, along with a new underground cheese cave! We are looking for just the right person to be our Loft Restaurant Manager!

You will be responsible for maintenance and service of the restaurant and some high volume events as applicable. Hands-on management style is essential. Must be passionate about guest satisfaction. Must enjoy building relationships and developing people. Must have Passion for great food!
