Company description
Bywater opened in 2015 as a community-driven eatery: sourcing locally, with the seasons, and offering a thoughtful menu and natural wines. Fast forward to 2020 and the pandemic offered the perfect opportunity to shift to daytime service (The Bakeshop), and with that came a naturally leavened bread and pastry program and a focus on specialty coffee roasters. Our mission is to serve our neighborhood and visitors with the same focus on quality and warm hospitality during the day as we offer at night.
Our first priority is creating a strong culture of respect and collaboration amongst our staff while chasing that chimera of work/life balance.
