The Roasted Granola is a beloved neighborhood gem in Arlington Heights, Massachusetts. Our cafe  is a cozy, community-oriented cafe specializing in fresh, homemade granola bowls and a selection of thoughtfully sourced breakfast and lunch items. Known for our delicious, small-batch granola made with high-quality ingredients, we also offer a curated coffee and tea menu and house-made baked goods. We pride ourselves on our welcoming atmosphere where we feature local art exhibits and events.

Job description

We are looking for a committed person to take the lead in all aspects of granola production. The baking is done in the evenings. 

This position requires someone with energy, the ability to stand for long periods and the ability to easily lift 50 lbs. Our granola baker must be independent, reliable and self-motivated.

The ideal candidate will be someone who has proven to be responsible, organized, and possess common sense.

This position has tremendous growth potential. The granola baker is an incredibly important member of our team and will need to be able to reliably communicate with our lead staff. 

Compensation

this position is: hourly, varies DOE, $18.00 - $20.00
