Colette Bread & Bakeshop is a small but mighty neighborhood centric  bakery specializing in sourdough breads, small batch pastry, and a limited coffee menu. We offer our products wholesale, retail, and we also host cooking classes in our space in the evenings. We are dynamic and are looking for someone who is interested in available in the quiet early mornings, baking off product and setting the tone for the kitchen each morning.

Colette is looking for an individual who is passionate about baking, community, food service, and hospitality to help move the business into it's second year. 

Colette was formed and has been run by Sarah Dodge who comes with years of bakery and restaurant experience. The bakery was also opened at the same time she was starting her family, so we are looking for someone to help bring some energy and life to areas of the business that she cannot. 

The main objectives of this opportunity is for someone to be invested in the day to day growth and quality of this bakery business, to help lead the team in a healthy and forward moving way, and to foster a professional and positive atmosphere so that our business may thrive.

This is an ideal situation for someone that has dreamt of owning a bakery, has the previous work experience, and is ready to try ownership on for size, without having to do the buildout.
