Job description
We are seeking an energetic, self-starting Dining Room Manager/Sommelier with a passion for local, seasonal foods and hospitality. Michelin-level experience is a definite plus!
Key Responsibilities:
- Team Leadership: Hire, train, and mentor servers to ensure exceptional service and guest satisfaction.
- Wine Expertise: Write and curate an enticing wine menu that complements our culinary vision.
- Operational Excellence: Manage inventory, oversee ordering processes, and supervise bar operations.
- Service Presence: Be actively present during service, assisting servers and ensuring every guest has an extraordinary dining experience.
- Guest Relations: Address customer concerns with a warm and professional approach to build lasting relationships.
- Collaboration: Work closely with Chef Amendola and the culinary team to provide feedback on the dining experience and contribute to seasonal menu planning.
