Job Description:
We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Full-Time Breakfast & Lunch Chef to manage our daily operations. You will be responsible for preparing and executing our menu with precision and efficiency, ensuring consistently high-quality dishes. This role requires a strong understanding of breakfast and lunch cuisine, excellent time management skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and standards.
Maintain a clean and organized work station, adhering to all food safety and sanitation guidelines.
Manage inventory and ensure timely ordering of supplies.
Work efficiently on the line during peak service hours.
Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth service and customer satisfaction.
Maintain consistent food quality and presentation.
Adhere to all health and safety regulations.
Qualifications:
Minimum 1 year of proven line cooking experience in a similar setting.
Strong knowledge of breakfast and lunch cuisine.
Excellent knife skills and culinary techniques.
Ability to work efficiently under pressure.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Ability to work weekends (required).
A positive attitude and strong teamwork skills.
Food Handler's certification (preferred).
Schedule:
Full-time, approximately 36-45 hours per week.
Typical shift: 7/8 AM - 4 PM, Wednesday - Sunday.
Monday and Tuesday off.
Compensation
this position is: hourly, $20/hr +
