Job description

One thing that makes our product so unique is our hand-packaged, cultured butter rounds!  We need positive, dexterous, and efficient individuals to help package our single-serve butter pats for food service and our 5 oz butter rounds that are sold in both small box and big box stores across the US.  In addition to hand packaging the butter, this person must also be willing to prepare and complete packaged orders for pick-up and delivery.

This is a fun, fast-paced working environment that requires hands-on order fulfillment and willingness to stand 95% of the time. 
 

Other Key Responsibilities:

• Assist production manager in all aspects of the butter churning and forming process with a focus on packaging and fulfilling orders.
• Perform necessary sanitation procedures; including washing dishes, production equipment.
• Willingness to handle the physical aspects of the job, working on your feet 98% of the time and lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Desire to work with a close-knit team and to bring positivity to work every day
• Enthusiasm to offer new, innovative, and creative ideas 

Banner Butter is quickly growing and we are looking for talented, passionate team members who are looking to grow within the company and eventually take on more responsibilities. 

We have expanded our production to the weekend in order to keep up with the growing demand for our butter. We are looking for part-time or full-time team members to help fill these weekend shifts as well as some weekdays. Typical shifts:

Saturday/Sunday 7:00AM - 3:00PM
Monday - Friday 8:00AM - 4:00PM & 9:00AM-5:00PM


 

Compensation

this position is: hourly, $15-20/hr
