We are a growing company that started in 2022 and is owned by two life-long friends. We are a women-owned (WBENC certified) business. We employ adults in Uganda who cure our gourmet vanilla beans and they come directly to us in Colorado. As a company, we believe in paying a fair wage to our team in Uganda, ending the cycle of poverty for them and their families all while bringing incredible vanilla to market. We then handcraft gourmet pure vanilla extract and offer pure vanilla bean powder and Grade-A gourmet Ugandan vanilla beans. 

Job description

We are looking for someone with experience in food service and/or retail sales. Our current customers range from bakeries to distilleries and small markets and boutiques. We are looking to expand our reach and increase visibility and sales of our vanilla for both food service and retail. We would love to hire someone enthusiastic about our products and our company. We would discuss the possibility of a sales commission as well. We are fun to work with, I promise! 

Compensation

this position is: hourly, varies DOE, $20.00 - $30.00
