What You’ll Get:

What You’ll Do:

Booth Setup & Takedown: Setting up the tent before the market opens and dismantling it at the end of the day, including tables, displaying products, signage, and connecting with market managers, etc.
Payment Handling: Managing the cash box, running cards, using POS system, making change, and reconciling sales at the end of the market.
Selling and Education: Suggesting additional products or larger quantities to maximize sales. Being knowledgeable about the products offered, their health benefits, and ingredients to educate the community.
Building Relationships: Engaging with customers, creating a positive farmer’s market or festival experience at the Sisters Lemonade tent.

What You’ll Bring:
Customer service skills and Positive attitude: A friendly and approachable personality is essential to communicate with customers.
Physical stamina: Ability to stand for long periods and lift/carry coolers, tents, and equipment. Be able to work in an outdoor environment with varying weather conditions.
Transportation: Load and unload equipment such as boxes, coolers, tables, and tents in your vehicle.
