What You’ll Do:
Prepare handcrafted lemonades in small batches, ensuring consistency, quality, and recipe development and improvement.
Monitor and manage inventory levels of ingredients, supplies, and finished products. Anticipate supply needs based on production demands by connecting with Georgia farmer partners to stock inventory.
Adhere to all health and safety regulations in food production.
What You’ll Bring:
Experience: Food or beverage production experience, inventory management, or a related field. Eager to manage, lead, and grow your team from the ground up.
Equipment: Hands-on production experience with professional production line equipment with a focus on quality and growth.
Production: Knowledge of inventory tracking tools and production planning.
Health and Safety: Familiarity with regulations in food production is a plus.
Physical stamina: Ability to stand for long periods and lift/carry coolers, ingredients, and equipment.
Transportation: Load and unload equipment such as boxes, coolers, tables, and tents in your vehicle.
