Are you knowledgeable in natural, organic, and conventional foods? Do you have food service, restaurant, or deli experience? Have you motivated a team in your past roles? Are you interested in being part of a mission-driven organization? If the answer is yes, we may have the right position for you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee cafe and deli operations, including sales, labor, and inventory management.
• Train and lead staff to provide exceptional customer service.
• Develop and execute merchandising, promotions, and seasonal menus.
• Manage food preparation, quality control, and compliance with safety regulations.
• Handle purchasing, vendor negotiations, and cost control.
• Hire, train, and evaluate deli staff performance.
• Support sustainability efforts and foster an inclusive work environment.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of deli or restaurant management experience.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and multitasking skills.
• Experience in food preparation, menu planning, and cost control.
• Ability to analyze financial reports and optimize operations.
• Passion for community, customer service, and teamwork.

Compensation

this position is: salaried, varies DOE, $48,000.00 - $60,000.00
