Supply Chain & Logistics Manager
Location: US-based, Remote, operating in Eastern or Central timezones, with regional travel as needed | full-time role

We’re looking for a full-time Supply Chain & Logistics Manager to be the champion for our buyers and vendors, ensuring exceptional experiences throughout our food and beverage sourcing ecosystem. This role is at the intersection of relationship management, operations, and hospitality, requiring a deep understanding of the food industry and a commitment to fostering meaningful partnerships. You will serve as the trusted connector between buyers, vendors, and our internal team—anticipating needs, solving challenges, and delivering seamless service with a hospitality-first mindset for the fulfillment of orders. Through close collaboration with the full Cureate team, you will drive satisfaction and success for both buyers and vendors, ensuring that every interaction reflects our values of creativity & curiosity, empowerment, resiliency, and intentionality.
What You’ll Do
As the Supply Chain & Logistics Manager, you will:
Ensure Buyer Ordering & Vendor Fulfillment Success
- Manage and act as the main point of contact for all weekly orders; work closely with all teams to ensure a seamless fulfillment experience.
- Proactively address challenges and resolve issues related to service expectations, product quality, and fulfillment.
- Serve as the primary liaison both externally and internally to ensure the successful fulfillment of all orders.
- Ensure that all Vendor product information is up-to-date to drive the best experience for buyers and vendors.
Risk Management & Mitigation
- Keep buyer information up-to-date so we know who are the primary points of contact and decision makers, as well as delivery instructions and needs.
- Keep vendor information up-to-date so we know who are the primary points of contact and decision makers.
- Monitor, and update and track Vendor Health in regards to product quality, communication, delivery timeliness, and overall compliance.
- Ensure that Vendors adhere to all of Cureate’s Standard Operating and Compliance processes.
- Responsible for enacting Recall Protocols when and if needed.
Optimize Vendor Experience & Performance
- Support the onboarding of new vendors and buyers, ensuring smooth integration into the Cureate ecosystem.
- Support the continued education of vendors in meeting buyer needs by providing insights, feedback, and operational recommendations.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements to ensure an improved experience.
- Cultivate meaningful relationships with vendors and create a culture of inclusivity, support and engagement; focusing on creating impactful touch points.
Support Internal Teams & Operations
- Collaborate with Account Managers to provide insights into regional buyer needs.
- Proactively identify ways to improve both buyer and vendor experiences; collaborating internally to develop innovative solutions
- Partner closely with Operations to update Standard Operation Procedures, processes, and systems as needed to ensure compliance is met across buyers and vendors.
- Partner with Accounting to ensure accurate invoicing and payments for all vendors per our existing agreements and/or contracts.

- A Strategic Thinker – You can analyze data, identify trends, and recommend actionable next steps to drive buyer expansion.
An Excellent Communicator – You’re comfortable engaging with stakeholders across different levels and industries.
Preferred Experience & Skills:
- 3-5 years in customer success, vendor management, supply chain, or a related field.
- Experience managing multiple accounts, vendors, or buyers simultaneously.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to track trends and recommend growth strategies.
- Familiarity with CRM tools, Google Sheets, and Slack for team collaboration.
- Passion for supporting local businesses and fostering sustainable food systems.
