Company description
We elevate the sacred art of cooking with flame.
Our culinary approach is founded on well defined constraints centered on values that prioritize nurturing and authentic sustenance. This is taste of place.
We are farmers at heart. We believe in regenerative agriculture: organic and humane practices that prioritize beings and Earth. We know and have personally vetted the farms that we work with. This is beauty. If it's not beautiful, we don’t cook it.
We are a hyper local, hyper seasonal kitchen. That means aside from some basic staples like seasonings, nuts, sugar, salt, citrus and olive oil, we use only what is grown or made in our local community and readily available.
We are a hypo-allergenic kitchen We are gluten free and peanut free and use no form of seed oil, like Canola.
We are fire keepers. We believe that Fire is sacred and should be treated with respect. It is the driving force behind our kitchen.
