Job description
The Vermont Foodbank seeks a self-motivated, energetic Manager - IT Operations. This position reports to the Senior Manager-IT Systems. The primary functions of this position include leading efforts to troubleshoot issues, standardize workflows, and identify opportunities for system improvements that increase efficiency, collaboration, and security across the Foodbank. The position also prioritizes the implementation of robust cybersecurity measures to safeguard organizational data and systems, supporting long-term sustainability and resilience.

The starting pay for the position is set at $29.46 with potential range placement based on years of experience within VF compensation equity roadmap. The overall pay range of the position ($61,285 to $82,915).
