Position starts Winter 2025 and with the right fit would be full time long term partner to grow with the operation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Crop Management: Manage crop production, including planning, propagation, planting, cultivation, IPM, and harvesting,
- Soil Health: Manage practices to promote soil structure and health including cover crops, amendments, teas, and additional inputs. Follow Logan Labs test recommendations using water soluble OMRI listed inputs, compost and teas.

- Collaboration: Work closely with farm team to ensure smooth operations and a happy workplace.
- Community: Be a positive vibe low drama member of our community and support the success of the Farm and its friends.
- Maintenance and troubleshooting: You know, its a farm. Stuff breaks and while you do not need to be a mechanic, you need to be able to improvise and make things work.
- Offseason Processing: We create a variety of added value edible products that keep us busy year round.
- Farming: Generally do what it takes to make the farm work alongside other members of the team.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years in organic farming, with specific experience in organic high tunnel production - interest in no-till practices and Korean Natural Farming techniques a plus.
- Education: Degree in Agriculture, Horticulture, Environmental Science, or related field is desired but equivalent experience is OK.
- Learning Mindset: Continue learning, researching, and staying up with the latest research and best practices.
- Knowledge: Understanding of soil biology, plant physiology, and sustainable agriculture practices.
- Skills: Proficiency in operating and maintaining farm tools and systems, problem-solving abilities, and strong organizational skills.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to perform the tasks needed on an organic farm. We have field muscle, but this is a small operation and we all need to wear many hats.
Compensation:

- Potential for revenue share for more experienced candidate
