Company description
Three Creeks Produce is a diversified organic farm near Columbus, Ohio that cultivates 5+ acres of certified organic vegetables, herbs, and more. Our customers are restaurants (both independent and regional chains), institutions, specialty grocers, food hubs, and a CSA. We do not operate a farmstand or participate in a farmers market.
Our focus on wholesale means we have a commitment to productivity, quality, and efficiency unique to a farm of our size. We are a perfect place for early career farmers to develop skills and experience on a production-oriented operation, but one that maintains small farm vibes through a tight-knit crew and our urban/suburban setting. We are looking for folks that want to grow with us in every sense of the word!
Job description
We are posting the position as seasonal, April - Thanksgiving, but hope to develop additional year-round positions as the farm grows. We hope that the person interested in this role is committed to a career in sustainable agriculture, and we in turn are committed to prioritizing their happiness, growth, and development. Prior experience in vegetable production is preferred, but not necessarily required for the right candidate.
