**Position Overview:**
We are seeking enthusiastic and reliable individuals to join our team as Farmer's Market Sales Associates. As a key member of Island Girl Bakes, you will play a vital role in sharing our gluten-free delights with the San Diego community while embodying the positive energy that defines our brand.

**Responsibilities:**
- Thoroughly understand our product and its ingredients to educate customers effectively.
- Cultivate and nurture customer relationships to foster loyalty and trust.
- Maintain reliability, consistency, and punctuality in all aspects of your work.
- Find purpose and fulfillment in representing our brand and it's values.
- Engage and entertain crowds of people to create a vibrant market atmosphere.
- Provide exceptional customer service that leaves a lasting impression.
- Maintain a well-groomed appearance, particularly important as we handle food.
- Be capable of lifting up to 25lbs to assist in market setup and breakdown.
- Be available to work on some Wednesdays and at least one weekend day.
- Possess a reliable car to transport our coolers, tables, tent, and equipment to and from the market.

**Qualifications:**
- Outgoing personality with the ability to engage and attract new customers.
- Passion for health and fitness, aligning with our gluten-free and nutritious products.
- A genuine and infectious happiness that radiates positive energy.
- Strong sense of responsibility and a commitment to meeting deadlines.
- Previous sales or customer-facing experience is a plus but not required.

Compensation

this position is: hourly, $20/hr +
