We are a certified organic vegetable farm in central NJ with a mission of growing great food while being good to the land, our farm crew, and our customers. We grow 20 acres of vegetables and an acre of small fruits, and sell through a 1100 member CSA and at 6 Farmers' Markets.

Full time position beginning in April and lasting thru Nov, with winter hours available part time Dec-Mar. June start dates for graduating college seniors are available.
Workplace culture: working smart, working hard, and being accountable to one another. Farming is an awesome line of work and it is also physically demanding. If you are not experienced in physical labor and in good health, this is not a job that you will be happy with.
Full-time crew works 45-50 hours per week(five days) at tasks including harvesting, planting, trellising and weeding crops.
The abilities to lift 50 pounds, move efficiently, and remain positive in hot/cold/wet/dry/windy weather are necessary. Experience working on farms or another outdoor setting is strongly desired.
We have a transparent profit sharing system that includes peer-review components to equitably share a % of the farm's sales with crew.
The most successful applicants will have increased roles in management and planning with pay raises based on demonstrated ability.
There is one position available for a candidate with tractor operator skills and 3+ years experience vegetable farming.
Past crew have gone on to be assistant farm managers, farm managers, small business owners, and farm business owners, or grow into integral management roles in our own awesome crew
