Job Objective:
Procure new clients and provide exceptional customer service through effective communication. The primary function of the job is to support the sales team with daily administrative tasks, lead generation, and performance goals. This includes answering phone calls and emails, scheduling/confirming orders, setting up new accounts, handling shipping, and communicating with clients and leads about our ingredients and farming practices. This position requires the ability to multitask and prioritize to meet deadlines while collaborating with team members in a remote work environment.
Desired skills and knowledge:
Excellent communication and office management skills are a must. Experience with Google Drive, CRMs, Quickbooks or equivalent. Remote Work required. Ideal candidates are passionate about sustainable agriculture, farming, hospitality, & the restaurant community.
Compensation
this position is: hourly, $20/hr +
