Camp Huckins is an all-girls, residential summer camp in Freedom, NH. Since 1928, Huckins has been providing an enriching summer experience with a goal of empowering young women and encouraging the development of leadership skills. We strive to create a community filled with joy, friendship, and opportunities to try new things. Campers and staff work together to create a community where everyone feels valued, safe and included as their authentic self. 

Our food program is dedicated to supporting our local food system, scratch cooking as much as possible and incorporating the values of honesty, caring, respect and responsibility into our choices about food. 

Job description

Positions: Kitchen Team Leader
Salary: $900-$1000/week DOE. Housing and meals included.
Dates: June 1 to Mid-September

Responsibilities:

Kitchen Team Leaders provide support to the Food Service Director and Sous Chef to help lead meal shifts and assist the kitchen team with all aspects of cooking and serving 1500 meals a day.
