Our operation is dynamic, with three main program areas of K-12 education, Feeding Families (produce production), and management of the Sisters Farmers Market.
Job description
Seed to Table is hiring for a part-time Farm Team member to work on our 4-acre vegetable farm. As farm crew, you will work outside in the elements to help complete all of the tasks relating to vegetable production. It is a team-centered atmosphere focused on efficiency, problem-solving, and growth. Our operation is dynamic with community engagement, physical labor, on-farm education, and caring for the land. The growing spaces include propagation house, greenhouses, market-garden, and field cultivation. The team member must be passionate about collaborating, be a self-starter, be innovative, and be a proactive problem solver.
Compensation
this position is: hourly, varies DOE, $15.00 - $18.00
