Job description
We are seeking a dedicated Sales Director to join and lead our wholesale business. In this role, you will be responsible for the success of the department by managing the team to grow revenue and develop strategies for short term and long term growth. You will lead the business, team, and customer base towards growth while ensuring a best-in-class customer experience.
Responsibilities:
Drive business performance and growth
Partner with operations and finance leadership to deliver goal-setting, forecasting, and KPIs for the sales team that motivate and maximize performance.
Develop plans for retention and upselling opportunities.
Continually build an understanding of the current market, competitors, and key players
Review weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual performance for new areas of opportunity to grow the business.
Oversee the successful onboarding of high-value, prestigious accounts.
Develop and manage team
Coach team through regular performance reviews and ongoing support.
Guide for best practices in pricing, negotiation, and customer outreach.
Ensure team members are actively building new relationships to grow the business.
Oversee individual targets and compensation.
Cultivate a positive, motivated, and results-driven atmosphere.
Lead interviewing and hiring as needed.
Build customer base and relationships
Develop and foster a network of customers while actively building new relationships.
Act as a representative of Bien Cuit and build alliances and networks of key players in the industry.
Develop and nurture customers to upsell customers, focus on growth, retain customers, and build loyalty.
Maximize cross-functional partnerships
Participate in strategy and annual goal-setting.
Regularly meet with the culinary team to communicate customer feedback, understand products, and be aware of new menu items.
Collaborate with customer service to improve communication and maintain strong customer relations.
Partner with accounts receivable to assist in any payment or collections issues.
Qualifications:
5 + years experience in sales and/or account management in the food industry
Full time availability, flexible schedule
Complete proficiency in Microsoft Office

this position is: salaried, varies DOE, $80,000.00 - $120,000.00
