Sourdough breads, Aussie Sausage Rolls and Meat Pies and a range of other baked goods. Bourke Street arrived in NYC five years ago and has five locations today including at Grand Central Terminal and at Rockefeller Center next door to Radio City Music Hall. 

Job description

This is a key role in the daily operation of a five-unit retail/wholesale bakery. Hands-on oversight of employee onboarding, payroll, strategizing with the kitchen on daily baked good and packaged goods inventories, liaison to company accountants as well as in-house financial administration. Possibly a hand in in-house social media as well.

Compensation

this position is: hourly, varies DOE, $25.00 - $40.00
