Seeking Executive Chef for New Restaurant in Rhinebeck, NY

Our concept celebrates the beauty of farm-to-table dining in the Hudson Valley, focusing on vegetable-forward dishes, housemade pasta, artisan flatbreads, and freshly baked goods. We are looking for an enthusiastic, creative, and talented chef to help bring this vision to life.
The Role:
Collaborate on Menu Development: Work with our team to create a dynamic, seasonal menu that highlights local ingredients and reflects our commitment to sustainability.
Lead Kitchen Operations: Oversee all aspects of kitchen management, including team building, food preparation, and maintaining the highest standards of quality and efficiency.
Innovate and Inspire: Bring fresh ideas and enthusiasm to a space that aims to become a cornerstone of the Rhinebeck community.
What We’re Looking For:
Passion for Seasonal, Local Cuisine: A love for farm-to-table cooking and a deep understanding of vegetable-focused dishes, housemade pasta, and baking.
Leadership Skills: Proven experience managing a kitchen team, with the ability to mentor and inspire others.
Collaborative Spirit: Excited to work closely with ownership and the broader team to shape the restaurant’s identity.
