Company description
The Farm at Our House (TFOH) is located in Brookeville, MD, on the edge of the county’s 90,000 acres agricultural reserve. We leased land from a juvenile justice rehabilitation residential non-profit called Our House Inc and currently we farm on roughly 12 acres. All 12 acres are fenced in due to heavy deer pressure. At our farm we grow a wide range of vegetables, from both Eastern and Western cultures and sell our produce year round. We host a 250-member CSA program, attend 3 year round farmers markets, and provide vegetables to food assistance institutions. All produce we grow travels minimal distance to the end consumption or distribution point. We are USDA certified organic, we are also a certified Real Organic Project farm.
