At SEED Brklyn, we’re passionate about great coffee, community, and sustainability. We are looking for an energetic and personable barista to join our growing team. If you thrive in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment and love making high-quality coffee drinks, we want to hear from you!

What We’re Looking For:

A friendly and positive attitude with a passion for coffee and customer service
Experience in a barista or café role preferred, but not required
Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure in a busy environment
A team player who communicates well and is eager to learn
A love for creating memorable experiences for every customer
Availability for flexible shifts, including mornings, evenings, and weekends
Interest in sustainability, local sourcing, and community-building

Responsibilities:

Prepare and serve high-quality espresso drinks, coffee, and tea
Provide exceptional customer service with a smile
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the café and workspace
Handle cash and card transactions accurately
Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth operations
Educate customers about our coffee, menu items, and sustainable practices
Assist with opening/closing duties and inventory management

Compensation

this position is: hourly, $15-20/hr
