Seed to Table is a non-profit organization that envisions a vibrant and resilient community where all people, regardless of race, gender, geography, ability or socioeconomic status, have access to fresh produce that is nourishing, locally grown, and in keeping with their preferences. From our 4-acre farm plot, we strive to model a food system that restores ecosystems while providing equitable access to fresh foods and opportunities for community members to engage positively with farm-fresh foods. We do so through 3 programs: Feeding Families, the Sisters Farmers Market, and K-12 Farm-Based Education.

Job description

Based in Sisters, Oregon, Seed to Table seeks a collaborative, well-organized, hands-on Associate Director to advance our work building community through fresh produce. This is a full time, in-person position. Salary range is $75-85k, depending on experience, plus benefits. 

With an annual budget of approximately $800k and a staff of 10, we currently operate three programs: K-12 Farm-Based Education, the Sisters Farmers Market, and the Feeding Families food distribution program. Our incoming Associate Director will work closely with our  Founder/Executive Director, Audrey Tehan, to build on our track record of success.
Our  ideal Associate Director candidate will: lead with care for our internal and external community; have experience supporting  a staff team, managing finances, organizing internal systems and overseeing contractors; excel in building productive working relationships; participate in fundraising and managing our annual fundraising plan; and shepherd Seed to Table’s strategic planning - including plan implementation. 

Compensation

this position is: salaried, 75k-100k
