We're seeking a qualified shipping+ receiving associate to work with our dedicated team members to receive raw ingredients + materials, and label, package and ship small batch artisan made foods. Focus will be on safety and compliance standards, receiving, pulling pick tickets, logging batch codes, hand-labeling products, packing orders, shipping orders, and more. This position will work with other production associates to fulfill orders in a timely, accurate manner according to company quality control standards. We are looking for individuals with a good work ethic and ability to work as a team.  

Our production facility is located 1/2 block from Ft. McPherson MARTA station.

 HOURS: Monday -Friday , Hours may be morning, afternoon, or on rotation

Hours of operation are 9am-4:30 pm Monday-Friday.   Part-time hours vary by season. 
 

Duties include:

SHIPPING:

- Pulling pick tickets from computer on a daily basis

- Pulling finished goods inventory, logging batch lot codes on pick tickets

- Packing orders for UPS or LTL shipments

- Filling out proper documentation for shipments

- maintaining raw materials inventory for boxes, shipping supplies, etc.
 

RECEIVING:

- Receive in goods on a daily basis accordingly to compliance and quality control guidelines

- Maintain receiving log

- Stock and slot received goods
 

GENERAL:

- Sanitation and warehouse maintenance

- Monthly warehouse and department cleaning and organization

- Assist as needed in operations

Qualifications:

- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Experience and proficiency with UPS, FEDEX, LTL, NAFTA
- Spanish speaking a plus
- min. 2 years experience in and manufacturing/shipping environment
