JOB SUMMARY 

As the Sales Ops Coordinator, you will be an essential interdepartmental and customer liaison, building out & maintaining the operational foundation of Bella Cucina. Aiding in sales functions (retail, ecomm and wholesale), marketing & asset management, shipping & inventory maintenance, as well as kitchen production management, you will have a hand in keeping all aspects of Bella Cucina organized and successful.

JOB DESCRIPTION: 
This role will be responsible for helping to keep all aspects of the business organized and running smoothly as Bella Cucina continues to launch new wholesale accounts, introduce new products and provide an elevated experience through marketing materials and service. That means you will support everything from production planning, to helping our existing customers get orders placed, to making sure those orders are shipped and out the door! You will communicate inventory & sales needs as well as food safety information. You will help with kitchen production management, product launches, inventory allocation, shipping and UPC & barcode creation. You will help maintain product spec sheets, sell sheets, decks, product photography and other assets. You will also work in collaboration with the sales support team on current and new customers, order entry, strategy, samples, new item paperwork, supplier portals & promo submissions.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: 

  • Reports to Operations Manager
  • Order entry for wholesale and ecomm POs.
  • Help with managing existing accounts and setting up of new accounts (retail & distribution), including submissions, NIFs, promos and required assets as needed.
  • Manage incoming customer service inquiries and support desk items.
  • Communicate with the operations, kitchen, sales support, retail & marketing teams.
  • Manage kitchen transfers, production schedules, material requirement lists, attendance calendars, time cards and production reports.
  • Actively maintain brand integrity and product quality across channels.
  • Maintain shipping tasks, POs & inventory control.
  • Manage & reconcile AP tasks related to POs & customer orders.
  • When required, travel to retail store, meetings, demos, tradeshows, etc.
  • Maintain monthly mailing lists via all email platforms, such as Flodesk.
  • Manage data clean-up within QuickBooks, Faire and Google drive.
  • Report on key metrics as needed.
  • Coordinate operational processes with an omni-channel mindset
  • ABOUT YOU /REQUIRED EXPERIENCE
  • 2+ years in a operations-type role, demonstrating proven experience in organization & has ability to help grow a CPG (food or beverage) brand. Category experience is a plus!
  • Demonstrates communication and interpersonal skills (verbal, written, listening) and the ability to build strong relationships.
    You are great at implementing/utilizing systems to stay on top of communication! That’s how you follow up with customers or tasks in a timely fashion, check in with existing customers or projects, etc.
  • Solid knowledge and experience in using both Google Workspace & Microsoft products.
  • Strong detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects at one time is a must!
  • Collaborative individual who thrives in a self-starter environment.
  • You’re professional yet approachable, have clear leadership skills, and think creatively but logically.
