Job Description: Retail Store & E-Commerce Sales

ManagerPosition Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Retail Store & E-Commerce Sales Manager to oversee the operations of our physical retail store and drive online sales through strategic e-commerce initiatives. This hybrid role requires a balance of strong leadership, operational excellence, and a deep understanding of online retail to ensure a seamless customer experience across both platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee day-to-day operations of the retail store, ensuring high standards in customer service, merchandising, and organizational beauty. 
  • Recruit, train, and manage store staff, fostering a motivated and performance-driven team.
  • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers to maintain stock levels and manage product displays for maximum impact.
  • Analyze store performance metrics (e.g., sales, foot traffic, conversion rates) to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to increase revenue.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, including safety and loss prevention.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to implement in-store promotions and events.

E-Commerce Oversight:

  • Lead the development and execution of e-commerce strategies to drive online sales growth.Manage online platforms, ensuring product listings are optimized with compelling content, accurate descriptions, and high-quality images.
  • Monitor website analytics, track KPIs (conversion rates, cart abandonment, traffic sources), and use data-driven insights to enhance the user experience.
  • Oversee digital marketing campaigns (SEO, PPC, email, and social media) to increase online visibility and customer acquisition.
  • Implement and optimize the use of tools like Shopify, Magento, or other e-commerce platforms to streamline operations.
  • Coordinate with logistics teams to ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment.
  • Develop strategies for integrating in-store and online customer experiences, including promotions, loyalty programs, and seamless returns/exchanges.                                        Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field (preferred).
Experience: Minimum of 5 years in retail management with a strong emphasis on e-commerce sales.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in both retail and online environments.
Expertise in e-commerce platforms, digital marketing tools, and CRM systems.
Strong analytical skills with experience interpreting sales data and web analytics to inform decision-making.
Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences across all channels.

Compensation

this position is: salaried, 50k-75k
