Job Title:  RETAIL SALES COORDINATOR

Reports To: CEO  

 

 GENERAL SCOPE OF POSITION:

The Retail Sales Coordinator supports Bella Cucina’s flagship store in Buckhead, Atlanta, Georgia and online business.  This role will be responsible for maximizing sales growth and profitability through creative sales skills,  merchandising techniques, online initiatives, customer outreach and teamwork. You will participate in all activities affecting the online website, retail store and its operation, including sales, customer relations, merchandising, website product offerings, display and design, as well as supporting classes,workshops and events in the storeXstudio. Training is required in order to understand and support the retail model.

This role is perfect for you if you’re naturally outgoing and love connecting and engaging with people. You have a passion for food and art and like to express yourself creatively. You have previous operational experience working in retail or hospitality. Potential to grow from part to full time with apprenticeship opportunities available within an expanding team.  Weekends required. 


PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

Sales 
• Focus on promoting sales and meeting goals
• Model and reinforce client standards, maintaining company service philosophy and culture through leadership style and associate training.
• Conduct training and development of all associates in all systems and procedures, selling and service skills and product knowledge using all training resources • Develop monthly and seasonal sales specials


Visual Merchandising
• Maintain and supervise merchandising standards with regards to selling, stocking, cleaning and maintenance
• Keep current on all product information
Personnel

Financial/Operations
• Maximize effective floor coverage
• Payroll budgets and manage controllable costs
• Assist with inventory and analyze results
• Support fiscal responsibility of store and supply financial reports 
• Be responsible for maintaining cleanliness of store and work place safety
• Possess a working knowledge of all systems and procedures

Leadership/Communication
• Present enthusiasm toward the job and company, a positive attitude, and an ability to effectively communicate and problem solve
• Have a strong, positive personal presence
• Possess a good knowledge of cooking, eating and serving good food

Compensation

this position is: salaried, 43,888* - 50k
