Company description
We are a hospitality-oriented farm brewery and small kitchen dedicated to showcasing the bounty of the Hudson Valley through our craft beer production and farm-to-table menu.
We believe that making and enjoying great beer is one of the hallmarks of a thriving, connected community. We believe in supporting local agriculture, protecting our water quality, practicing our craft to the best of our abilities- and getting better every day.
We believe that the best parts of life happen when people Gather face-to-face at a table.
We believe in conscious scaling and not sacrificing quality for quantity. We practice this in the way we make beer and food and the ways we grow our company.
