Job description

The Finance & Administration Associate is responsible for ensuring accurate recording of accounting data into QuickBooks Desktop and managing payroll processing and administration of all employee benefits for 40+ employees. The Finance & Administration Associate is part of the Finance & Administration team of 5 employees supporting an organization with an annual budget of between $6M and $12M per year (dependent on the number of conservation easements closed that year).

The Finance & Administration Associate is part of the Finance & Administration team of 5 employees supporting an organization with an annual budget of between $6M and $12M per year (dependent on the number of conservation easements closed that year). 

 

This position can be based out of Maine Farmland Trust’s Belfast or Portland office, or can be remote but must remain based in Maine.

Compensation

this position is: salaried, 50k-75k
